The project covered engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning\u2014ensuring stable and reliable process operation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scope included <\/span><b>building and installing panels<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with <\/span><b>controllers and I\/O<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, power distribution and protections, terminal blocks, labeling, and full documentation. On site, we performed <\/span><b>instrument installation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analyzers as applicable), supports and rack installation, <\/span><b>power and signal cabling<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, terminations in junction boxes and panels, and verification of proper cable routing, segregation, and workmanship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We completed <\/span><b>loop checks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, calibration and signal validation, testing of interlocks, alarms, and control logic, as well as DCS configuration and integration (I\/O mapping, scaling, alarms, trends, and historian).
