We delivered a turnkey ARC Plant installation, covering design, project management, quality control, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. The scope involved multiple disciplines, coordinated to ensure schedule compliance, safe execution, and reliable operation.
For the steel structure, we performed design, fabrication, and erection. The project also included equipment fabrication and mechanical installation of process equipment, tanks, and pumps, including controlled lifting and rigging activities. Associated civil works were executed, including pump foundations, leveling, and grouting of supports.
We completed electrical and instrumentation installation, including automation panels, cabling, terminations, and testing. Finally, we executed plant piping for fluid transfer along with insulation, delivering a fully documented, operational-ready solution.
