We delivered an electric heat tracing installation to maintain process line temperatures in a soda ash plant. The project included component selection (special heating cables, splice/termination kits, insulation interfaces and accessories), temperature sensors/indicators, and definition of the control architecture to meet operational requirements.
We performed a careful, standards-based installation—ensuring proper fastening, bend radii, mechanical protection, and terminations—to achieve uniform and reliable line heating. We built and installed the power panel for multiple circuits, including protections and distribution, and implemented control signals (commands and interlocks) for operation from local controls or the plant system. Final delivery included testing and maintenance-ready documentation.
