We delivered the design, assembly, and installation of a Profibus DP network to integrate variable frequency drives and controllers within a pulp mill. The scope included electrical and network design of the panels, supported by 3D layout modeling to optimize internal arrangement and ensure strict compliance with Profibus requirements, particularly earthing/grounding (PAT), segregation, and minimum cable bend radius.
We built 12 panels, installed them on site, and executed Profibus DP cable routing and terminations to interconnect equipment across six electrical rooms. The handover included labeling, communication/continuity checks, and on-site validation, delivering a fully operational and documented network.
