Boiler Fans – Upgrades and Unit Replacement

We performed a unit replacement on boiler fans—equipment critical to the operation of the Recovery Boiler. The intervention included decoupling the rotor, a full disassembly of the assembly, and reassembly using new components, following safety procedures and dimensional control practices.

We reviewed clearances and fit-up, carried out shaft alignment, and verified couplings and installation conditions—delivering the equipment on schedule and with high-quality workmanship to ensure long-term reliability and availability in operation.
