Automation Panel Design (3D Layout + Detailed Wiring Drawings)

We delivered automation control panel design following industrial-quality criteria: optimized internal layout, earthing/grounding (PAT), bonding and shielding, power/signal segregation, and enclosure sealing through proper selection of cabinets, glands, and sealing practices—ensuring reliable and maintainable panels for demanding environments.

 

The design was developed not only for initial installation, but also for fully populated cabinets: space allocation, cable routing paths, terminal accessibility, thermal management, and field wiring efficiency—supporting commissioning as well as future expansions. We defined the complete set of required electrical and signal circuits (power feeds, control, interlocks, communications, and instrumentation) to ensure standardization and traceability.

 

Deliverables included 3D modeling to validate layout and clearances, plus detailed electrical drawings (single-line, wiring/multiline diagrams, terminal plans, cable schedules, and labeling) to support fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
