Water Networks and Fire Protection Systems in Industrial Plants

Structural Steel & Piping Assembly

We delivered detailed engineering, material supply, and installation of fire water networks for fire protection systems in industrial facilities, including projects at Dirox, Hexion, and Montes del Plata. The scope included on-site surveying, routing definition, drawings/isometrics, bill of materials, and installation planning—ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and compliance with applicable standards.

Execution covered piping prefabrication and installation, supports, testing, and documentation handover. We implemented welded systems in carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as hybrid solutions combining grooved piping with special couplings/clamps, improving installation speed and maintainability. The project was completed with quality control, inspections, and hydrostatic/functional testing to verify system integrity and readiness.
