Process Instrumentation and Actuator Installation in Pulp Mills

We delivered turnkey installation of process instrumentation and actuators, with 300+ instruments installed across multiple plant areas. The scope covered level, pressure, temperature, and flow instruments, as well as specialized devices—each selected and installed according to its measurement principle and the specific process conditions (range, materials, temperature, corrosion, vibration, etc.).

 

We installed on/off and modulating control valves, including associated accessories, positioners, and actuation components. We also supported the project with custom design and fabrication of fit-for-purpose items such as supports and brackets, small vessels, samplers, coolers, orifice plates, couplings, special flanges, and required adaptations to ensure proper mechanical integration and reliable operation.

 

Delivery included cable routing and terminations, field mounting, tagging and traceability (instrument tags, line/cable identification), verification of action direction and positioning, functional testing, and maintenance-ready documentation—focused on reliability, workmanship, and long-term serviceability.
