During a planned plant shutdown, we delivered a full upgrade of the Motor Control Center (MCC) for a baling line. Existing panels were removed, and within 5 days we completed the full changeover to new modular sections, restoring the system ready for production restart.
The scope included field survey and planning, pre-labeling, safe disconnection and reconnection, controlled torque tightening, re-labeling, and point-to-point testing of all circuits—power, control, and communications. The execution focused on safety, traceability, and high reliability, ensuring an organized transition and a smooth start-up.
